| The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that an initial examination be done on your child by the age of seven. This allows Dr. Brenkert to screen for early skeletal and dental developmental problems that can significantly affect the eruption of the permanent teeth and the shape of the jaw bones. Early treatment may be required in order to bring the jaws and the teeth into better alignment as the child continues to grow and develop. Dr. Brenkert has the specialty background being a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthodontics to provide care for your child or you, to optimize your treatment results. |
